Our Story
Atrain Impact grew out of atrain GmbH, a consultancy focused on human growth and organizational transformation.
In our work with business leaders, we repeatedly heard the same reflection: “I wish I had learned this when I was younger.”
We saw how early experiences shape resilience, confidence, and the ability to navigate complexity – and how rarely schools are supported in developing these inner capacities. What began as pro bono workshops during the COVID pandemic evolved into a foundation bringing proven developmental insights into schools and communities.
Because leadership starts long before a title and the earlier it is nurtured, the stronger our shared future becomes.

We empower schools, teachers, and caretakers to create the conditions that enable all students to build strong life skills, regardless of their background. Our approach is grounded in robust scientific research.
Change From Within Schools
Sustainable change in schools starts from within and is led by school leadership. It happens over time not through quick fixes.
We work with leadership teams and teachers to design and guide meaningful, long-term change – beginning with personal practice and expanding across the whole school community.
